Meet Mary B.
Certified Nurse Practitioner
I’m Mary - nurse practitioner, twin mom of three, and the voice behind Well. I’ve spent over a decade working in healthcare, with the last few years focused on wellness and medical aesthetics. I’ve worked across injectables, skincare, metabolic health, peptides, and lifestyle-based care.
As a former collegiate athlete, mom, and wife to an active-duty Marine, I know what it feels like to juggle a lot, carry the mental load, and slowly lose pieces of yourself.
I created Well. because I don’t believe women are broken - I believe we’re overwhelmed. So much wellness advice feels extreme or unrealistic. I wanted to create a space that feels supportive, honest, and grounded in science, without expecting perfection.
